Yeah, I'll definitely be making a phone call on Monday to ASUS.
I made an account on their forum today, but need admit approval before posting anything.

Other than checking the RAM; the only other thing I can really do is wait for my replacement CPU on Tuesday right?

Well... IF the RAM checks out....then it's pretty much gonna be the motherboard or the RAM....or some stupid thing we don't know about. Like a BIOS setting...or maybe a BIOS update.
You've pretty much checked everything else.

Just remember to be calm when you talk to ASUS. Cause they will start at the beginning too.

/e Wait...

I notice there are screws holding the rear of the vid card in places. Sometimes... when we tighten the screws all the way down...it slightly lifts the front of the vid card out of the slot. Most of the newer cases don't use screws any more for this very reason.
What you want to try is to loosen the screws that hold the rear of the vid card to the case. Just maybe one turn only. then push down on the front of the vid card...to make sure it's fully seated.

I'll try the RAM thing in a bit; but because the motherboard cycles out of the "DRAM" Light. I'm assuming the ram is good

edit: I really do appreciate all the help you've given me thus far. I will definitely keep you updated

Read what I typed after the large WAIT...

And I don't want to type all the reasons why you can't go by the RAM light, but you can't. You have to check it like I told you.

There are actually no screws holding the GPU to the motherboard.

The Only screw that I apply onto the GPU is on the far left where it helps secure it to the tower

That's the screws I'm talking about...the screws that hold the vid card to the CASE. They had so many issues with those screws lifting the OTHER end of the vid card out of the slot...that they now use clips, to hold the vid card to the CASE.

I have an older case myself....and I've had that problem as well. :)

You can't see them in this pic....but they are there...

Did not change anything.

I actually tried hooking everything up outside the tower too and still the white VGA light shines bright

edit: I was at a private computer store and the tech there gave me a little speaker like the one I see at the bottom of yours. He told me to benchmark my CPU then my RAM and told me that if I hear beeps; then its a good thing.
But I never heard a single beep.... I just assumed he might have been a little outdated and I just trusted the lights on my motherboard

Do a hard reset first, unplug psu, hold power button for 15 seconds, then plug it all back in and turn on.

Ok bro.... I'm only gonna type this one more time.

LOOSEN those screws holding the vid card to the case, about 1 turn only. Then gently push down on the OTHER end of the vid card.

The contacts on the vid card are really tiny...it doesn't take much to lose contact at the front, by tightening the screws at the rear of the void card too much.

For the hard reset... do I NEED to unplug everything? or just the PSU
