That user set his bin @ 1.5 and I snagged it. This user I offered 3000 until I found out it won't work for xbox unless you redeem it on PSN first.

Liturally have to make a PSN account via using your computer, and redeem it via their site.

BIN = 3k as hes stated above.

That's not true... You have to 'claim' the skin on a PS before it is accessible on your Xbox... I did a bit of research when we spoke last... Many many people have had issues...
