is it possible to have someone do set dungeon with u in there and u get credit for it while they do it?

yes.
all you do is the objectives. and u can have ur friend help u kill all the strangler mobs that u miss.
this is extremely helpful on PITA ones so you can just focus on the objectives and not worry about killing. So do all objectives and then once all 100% completed, u can tell ur friend to go nuke the entire map.

I'd suggest taking a friend to every set dungeon since most of them are a bit of a pain and with just a few moments you can clear them with a helping hand.
