Put your Harden/Rockets hate aside and answer what you honestly think should be the outcome here.

Harden dunks with 7 minutes left, rockets should be up 15.

Refs call no basket, don't let houston challenge, game goes to OT (2x) and rockets lose

Technically houston outscored them in regulation, so do you award houston the win? replay the last 7 minutes? leave it alone and take the L for the rockets?

Absolutely atrocious officiating, but what are you proposing, that they change the result of the game? The precedent that would set would be ridiculous. Spurs win but the refs should all be fired for that horrendous performance

Also, the Rockets choked away an 8 point lead with less than 2 minutes left in regulation

what precedent do you set?

on a foul call/no call it's subjective, this is a factual basket counted as a missed FG

you can argue all you want about how the outcome of the game is impacted, but facts are facts, it went in

worst case scenario you have to replay the last 8 minutes with the 15 point lead and do it again

But if this happened 9/10 times rockets would win, kind of a fluke win by spurs imo. But that basket should have 100% counted I can't believe they didn't count it...

agreed, it's not an ideal outcome but seems the most logical from a fairness standpoint

i don't see how you can tell a team "too bad you tied and then lost" when in reality you outscored your opponent in regulation

Fact... Like I said, super lucky break for the Spurs because of bad officiating, should have been rockets by 2 in regulation and that dunk should have counted. I didn't watch the game but what was the reasoning to say it didn't count? Or did they not say

they thought it bounced out lol

then claimed the rockets didn't challenge, despite the fact you can see them all saying it went in

yeah i mean even dantoni saw it from a mile away when that ref was all of 5 feet from the play

will be interested how the league goes here. if you replay the last 8 minutes do all the stats wipe clean i assume from that point on?

looks like heat hawks had this happen in 2008 from a shaq foul out (subjective call) so i'd have to imagine this will be replayed at a minimum
