what am i supposed to be looking for in a mobo to make sure i ge the best use out of my RTX 2070 and cpu?

LGa 1151 socket is all ive been filtering with on pcpartpicker.
Is there a minimum speed for ram i should be looking for?

trying to stay at a reasonable price range

currently what i have, the rest is being upgraded
E/ i9 is already on the way, got a killer deal on it through my sister that works at best buy

For intel you want 3k ram aprox. after that its mad diminishing returns for the price.
There's def cheaper options then what ghot listed but the hardware is good.

literally does what above does for 25% less
you lose 5-10fps on lower res with 3k ram over 3600 on intel
the gap is 1fps when you jump to 2 or 4k

/edit again...
I also strongly suggest against that AIO
