I'm no expert but my opinion is go with top just because cheaper and bigger ssd since the other specs are the same
Other things would just be your preference on external vanity

I personally prefer the MSI for the brand name, it's lighter than the Lenovo and thinner. You can always upgrade the SSD.

msi one has more dpi, nicer monitor for sure

MSI's Stealth laptops are amazing. I've got the GS-75 Stealth with a 2080 and it's been the best laptop I've ever owned. And I'm someone who only uses laptops due to always being on the road.
