Was disciplined for the first time since 2013 and managed to cut from 208 to 189 so far in 10 weeks. Looking to go another two weeks, finish around 185-187 then a 10-12 week bulk up to 200 then cut back for that summer look. I cannot wait to eat a caloric surplus. Those extra 1k cals will be noiceeeeee. (500 to bring deficit to flat and 500 for surplus).

If you’re not 100% protein you’re doing it wrong, playa.

Wish I was your weight though. Went through a breakup and lost mad weight. Trying to get back to 170 haha

Yeah, those situations can be tough. Even if you act really grounded and composed, that anxiety can still get to you internally.

Develop and internalize anxiety -> no appetite/poor sleep -> difficult to consume food/feel nauseous when trying to force feed -> Feel weak -> Stop working out for a bit (or try to still do it, but just feel weak from lack of quality meals).

Do it to it, best wishes with the journey.

Same. Lost 9kg in 1.5 weeks

Putting it back on now though ☺️

Adding another week of cut. Ended up taking a weekend away with a buddy and it was no bueno for my progress xD
