Specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600x (No OC)
B450-F Rog Strix MOBO
Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB 2400mhz RAM
XFX Thicc II 5700XT (2 weeks new)
EVGA 550Watt 80+ Bronze PSU

So recently, but very infrequently, when I go to load up a game (be it FF14 or COD:MW) during intial game load up, i'll get a little bit of sound for a second, then my screen will turn off as if I had just put my computer to sleep.
However, nothing about the system itself changes, nothing turns off everything is still running as if normal.
I do not know the issue behind this, I was thinking maybe the PSU is trying to give out? But if that were the case I would imagine this issue would happen a lot more frequently.

I have updated drivers on everything. So i'm honestly lost as to what could be the cause.
Windows is also up to date.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Side Note: I believe this happened once or twice with the XFX 470 I previously had. Like I said, this is a very infrequent occurance, and it's more a nuisance than it is a real problem.
I'm just hoping it does not develop into a real problem.
The last time this happened was 2 days ago.

install DDU
boot into safe mode
run it and remove all drivers.
reinstall drivers upon reboot.
