the reason i was asking, is obviously because 3 fans will mean a longer card, and I wasn't sure if that would cause air flow problems in that case, that involve those case fans?
so I guess my question is, for that specific case, if 2 or 3 graphic card fans would be a better choice for best air flow? or does it not really matter all that much?

It don't matter, more fans = better period.
However if that card doesn't fit in the case then its an issue.

It probably comes with water cooling. Most of the higher end PC's do have that type of cooling available in them.
It's weird that they would have them set up like that especially if they are fans forward facing.

It should be perfectly fine though
