Ya tbh there are like no differences between MLD and HLD melee rules. although i dont think there's ever been a hard ban on all ele dmg, but maybe there should be.

hyb's are fun no doubt but would chase alot of people away that dont want to invest heavily into a lvl 49 character, so for balance and affordability id say no hyb's.

Its fine to use those rules for MLD generally, just not melee.

melee is a whole different animal.

I’ve you’re just messing around with friends/hld games hybrids are fine. If you want to have other people participate the goal should be to level the playing field, which likely means either restricting the use of hybrids or banning them altogether. Banning them altogether would be the easiest route otherwise you will have a 7 page rule book.
