Budget: 1700-2100 cad (i can go up to 2200 if there is a really good upgrade for an extra 100)
More specific use (what games, what programs): Rust, The outer worlds, fallout 4, Poe, Borderlands 3, civilization 6 and more
Planned time until purchase: Now
Do you need an Operating System?: Yes (windows 10 preferred)
Do you have any specific preferred components?: yes for the processor id prefer having a ryzen 2700x since its half of the price of the ryzen 3700x for only a 11% difference (if you got a nice alternative to a ryzen 2700x that isnt 500$ im willing to take it)
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: A wireless network card is necessary
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: No overclocking
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: A monitor only is needed if possible 1ms refresh and smaller than 27 inch
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): j3x 1h4

Any extra needed? : Id like to add an optical drive too on it
Any piece you can reuse : i have a 1tb ssd teamgroup gx2 that was used for only a week

the black friday prices from canadacomputer that i entered

for windows 10 i wanted to take it from a 3rd party site for 30-35$ if there is a cheaper alternative ill gladly take it
but i still included the retail price in the pricing
for the 3k ram, it was the deal i saw for 32 gb of ram that was at least 3000 (i didnt check for 3600)
for the psu, i tryed to take more than i needed in case i would add more components later on, replace some parts

for the hdd i took a 4tb and tbh i wouldnt need that much, probably a 2tb would do the job
for the monitor i tryed to look for a 1ms response and i clearly dont know much about what makes a good monitor nowadays (my other pc dated from 2012)
and for the cooling idk man, thought it was mandatory to have a Cpu cooler to keep the temperature the lowest possible

this is why i wanted help to get a good build within my budget

ebay gets you windows key for like 3-4$
Just be sure you cross check all sites pricing cause canada computers is generally higher then other retails even during sales,
like for example you could have 2 different nvme ssd's on different sites that are virtually the same but neweggs is cheaper or free shipping.
The PSU brand is shit though, I'd never buy or recommend a rosewill, I mean look at other threads show me just one that was ever suggested.

For monitor I'm a bit dated on market but goal is 144/ips/2k atm for you 144/ips/1080 is fine but with ur new savings you just got urself a real monitor.
Rest well now you know.

I'll help you, just I ain't cross checking every site, just to much of a time sink for me today.
But I also won't bullshit you either like yes men saying shits gg.
