my mouse is a corsair mouse and over the last week or so my mouse speeds have been changing by themselves while im at work ill come home mouse will either be super slow (today)

or just a tad bit over the normal speed (last week) twice it happened last week

so whats going on!?

seems a bit weird to me..

she wouldn't touch the settings at all though.

Well, if it only changes settings when you're NOT there... I guess you could re-install the mouse software if it has any.

But I would suspect the wife...or maybe the pets? :)



/e I guess it could also be some Windows Update conflict, but I can't figure why it would only happen when you're NOT there.

i believe it maybe the windows update. been putting it off sadly lol

Maybe try a different USB port... or try a different mouse altogether.

Other things to check would be...

Device Manager with View > Show Hidden Devices checked

Event Viewer
