I've been teaching PE full time plus online coaching powerlifters part time and which led me to World championship last summer in Sweden and won the JR -52 kg title. I've also hosted multiple PL meets and We're planing to open our own strength and conditioning facility in the next year.

Just wondering why you didn't include the fact you were also training the JR -52's bedroom flexibility too?

Also i've thought about it long and hard over the years and i would like you to name your strength facility 'The Compound Room' to honour your humble beginnings from jsp HNF
