i must say, my support teemo is pretty balanced atm!
manaflow band is huge now, since ocean no longer gives mana, and frostfang no longer gives mana regen, so manaflow is a no brainer
cdr, the old frostfang cdr was overcapped atm i created a luden echo, now i simply rush luden echo before Liandry, to provide more cc in drakepit
(10scalling cdr runes+transendance)
not needing a nearbye allie is pretty big buff on frostfang, aspecialy on shrooms
the auto-upgrades on spellthief is pretty big, since i can now bye shoes+refillible pot on first back, instead of frostfang upgrade, witch allow me to hit lvl6 sooner, and kick lane harder
i never upgraded old frostfang, so i get a bit more item value for that 1item slot ones hit the mid/lategame
the penalty on farming, it not kick in the lategame, when i start splitpush as support
arround the 15min mark, i only have like 20farm, when i could have 60farm before farm-penalty kicks in
So its not that bad to farm a little in the eurly game, and you can even hardfarm in the lategame
aspecialy as support teemo, when your job is to shroom baron+drake+enemy jgl, you nn to be at team always, and therefore its great to catch a wave in the sidelanes, when your allies are teamed up.
