Hi,

It seems I have lost (forgotten) whichever e-mail address I used to create my account back in 07. I've tried any addresses that I recall ever owning. I have also tried the Account Recovery feature, even though I actually know my passwords. But my account recovery request was rejected.

Any ideas on how to change my e-mail address? Or even how to find out which address was used, and perhaps I can get access to that?

TBH the process seems a bit overkill.. I'm using two passwords to login to the site, and yet I'm not allowed to change the connected e-mail...

I assume you have already used that Account Recovery tool
and selected the option:



There shouldn't be another way around that, try again by providing more details / information (this might be helpful: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=70679141&f=34)
as it's quite hard/complicated to validate that it's really you - the owner.
