you can get your vit going 80 or so. You can always check the samurai ladder to see what they do.

Once you get your vita up to decent level, you can put the rest into str. str charms are very helpful.

You could also grab str scales or leathers for samurai and paladin but robes fit all classes, more about what your able to get your hands on
