I actually really liked it tbh. I’m a pretty big basketball fan so maybe that helped but yeah, I thought it was pretty solid. I actually watched 1 of the OVA’s not too long ago

the movie? ill probably watch it after i finish the series


my only gripe is i think kagami would make a way better mc but kuroko isn't a bad one

After talking about it with you, for no particular reason I went to the Kuroko No Basket subreddit & someone literally asked about this a few hours ago, haha.

Yeah he is but due to the nature of him 'being a shadow' the supporting cast is often propped up. Kagami is the deuteragonist of KNB so he also tends to get a lot of development. However, it is still to support Kuroko's goal of proving to the Generation of Miracles that they need some level of teamwork in order to win and basketball is simply not fulfilling as an individual game, even with overwhelming talent.
