You can instant shaper with enough damage on a spectre summoner. Although that definitely doesnt look budget. My 36 challenge summoner has 4100 life and 0 es and almost a tab full of shaper and uber elder drops.

League was pretty good. Still didnt find a single cortex but im pretty sure the further I stay from synth content the better.

4.0 gonna be shit compared to how much they trying to hype it up people will be crying for more blight. Unless they release the end of the story, thats like the only thing I see being good.

Stat conversion jewels - semi cheap

My godly zombie summoner was still worth less than one hh

Id agree, especially with a whole new game coming out, the problem is with more high end uniques that benefit almost every build comes more power creep and more uneven power distribution. They could release another superpowered unique like hh but people will only be using it alongside hh with their flavor of the league builds. It would honestly be better off with hh being removed, which isnt going to happen either.
