There are people that will take you seriously you just need to find them, I have two friends like you (sand casino addicts they've been through 20b+, RWT their gold, bought gold because they've been cleaned) etc. Its a perpetual cycle that will never stop if you don't stay away from the sand casino. One friend would easily stake while drunk it was a "trigger" to stake. He would be drunk and no one was pvming so he didn't know what else to do beside stake. Try to identify your triggers seems like your stream may be one but I don't know that for sure, maybe even playing the game right now will trigger you. Maybe take a break from osrs? If you seriously want to stop you need to think about what your triggers are and how to avoid the temptation. Be conscious

You shouldn't stream anymore it doesn't seem like the environment helps you make healthy decisions, sounds like you think the only thing people want to watch is someone staking, and/or being pressured into staking.
Either way you should stay away from streaming, or make a healthy decision and tell yourself and stream that you're no longer staking. More importantly tell your self you're done with staking etc. These virtual numbers don't mean anything if they are causing you stress, to make unhealthy decisions, and affecting your in real life finances, the only thing that matters is being healthy, making healthy decisions, and to be in a healthy state of mind.
Yet again there are people willing to help you, look at everyone that has posted on your thread, and I'm sure you have met some people online that are willing to listen and help. If that doesn't help you can seek therapy etc. like others have suggested

The people that don't consider it a real problem don't know any better and you should ignore their advice. This clearly is a problem and there are plenty of options as people have stated, therapy, gambling hot line, etc.
