Thanks, and well ya man, if you going to do it, go big. I know the motor wont last, but I'm on #7 in that car anyway the 351 will be #8. I don't mind pulling a motor and swapping it out, then just slap the turbo setup on it and run it into the ground, i can get cheap ford motors in Michigan all day long. They are notorious for wiring problems, could be that simple

But, it could be several things, the wastegate not functioning properly could tell the ecu that the boost sensor isn't responding, or it could just be a boost leak, etc

My suggestion would be to make sure no lines are leaking, and then make sure the wiring checks out

Not sure how inclined you are, but there are ways to test the actuators and diaphragms, if you have no idea wat I'm talking about, probably best to take it to someone

Finding a bad wire and fixing it can be a real bitch. As a mechanic id rather have a bad sensor over searching for that tiny piece of wire that is bad
