I would like to make a 450x150 sig (or whatever's possible that falls within the limit) from a video.

I want this scene with snow falling, from this video @ 0:40~0:42 or so. I'd like it to be a smooth rerun, just the snow falling. The video can be found here:

super quick and easy

You can do it easily as from phone or from your PC. For example, you can use Giphy or Convertio or Photoshop. I used to do it when I lived in property in Spain I worked as graphic designer and used preferably Giphy.
