Auction house gone is okay. PoE has by far the best trading system of ANY game. Short of something similar, just allow an open market. No item binding.

Item binding garbage:
Step 1. OH I FOUND A GG ITEM, but I don't need it and can't trade it. Wtf do I do with it?
Step 2. Devs have to make it so you only find gear for your char (see D3)
Step 3. Still don't need some found items. Make them useful.
Step 4. Dismantle items to craft gg end game items.
Step 5. No longer hard to get gg end game items. No replayability. Game sucks ass.

BoE means bind on equip.
Step 1: invalid because you cant read
Step 2: invalid because you cant read

Bind on Equip means when your char wears it, not having it it inventory.... (you can trade it until you equip it)

Go to poe then if you like it more...
