i have a few movies / shows that I like to put on in the background when im depressed

like im not a weeb but i just found out that spirited away makes me like lil less dpresd

kinda depends on my mood too

movies, television, and music don’t help with depression. They can actually make it worse. They are a distraction. They don’t solve the problem. Reality will follow you wherever you go. There is no true escape from it.
