I recently got a circ on east ladder and I just saw someone selling the exaxt same thing. I thought all rares (unless nonladder dupes) were all one of a kind? Please tell me if im wrong...

Yes. But very very unlikely.

Well, I have no idea.
Maybe you can pm a mediator, and ask him to do something about an unperm sold as perm ?

It turns out the guy was messing with me...like 2 minutes ago he said he duped it... Then he said he was kidding. Hes got 8k gold so I doubt he'd wanna get banned lol
