How can I tell if a basketball player is interested in playing on my team?? I had a guy come to a couple of our open gyms, practice with us, but then there was no indication he wanted to play for my Rec team. I never asked him but we talked about 3 man weaves, did jump shooting drills, and even did some stretching together. He talked a bit about the team he used to play for so that was somewhat of a red flag for me. How do you think I can tell if he wants to join my squad?
