Work is with Tor Website (.onion) and its analogue on clear net, also Messenger program where I need a auto-sale bot to be created that would check crypto payment and upon successful verification send buyer -> photo + gps location on map instantly of product he chose to purchase (that I/manager would pre-load prior)

It is actually quite common to get scammed if you don't properly investigate the person whose time you're buying. Cheap freelance software is notoriously iffy

Lol'd, when same 2-5 Indians create 10 multiple accounts on freelancer and spam you with offers to create "feeling of choice" while their portfolio looks disastrous, their "education" includes fake online universities or completely made up places and employers with majority of their reviews coming from $50-200 jobs I am not supposed to be a human filter for Pakis/Indian scammers, Indians/Pakis/South Asians are not a race its a nationality, not my fault they are trying to pull wool over my eyes or even simply waste my time, professional company in US put a quote of $11795 for everything I need minus onion website (which can be easily duplicated and reworked minus the flash stuff from clear net site) I am looking to spend $7500-8000 (total budget) (including costs for maintenance/1-2 yr host and such from time to time), nothing illegal about creating a sale bot/websites/.onion websites from developer side - its just a skeleton, owner is responsible for content.
