Idk why but Bulgarian split squats are my least favorite leg exercise. I always start doing them with Jeff Cavalier's voice in my head, then I say "fuck it" after 2 sets. Always feel like my form is off.
I work out 5 days a week and jog 4 miles on my off days. I do a three way split of back/bi, chest/tri, and legs in between (with deadlifts on leg day).
I recently started sprinkling drop sets into my routines, usually at the end. Great, efficient way to bang out lots of reps, and gives you an unusually intense pump. Pretty cool!
