as a DD or weekend drive?
why would you buy a used 10 year old sports car?
isn't it much more efficient to just lease a newer car? most of the senior level people I work with lease their "nicer cars" like the Q7, X5, LC, etc and have fully owned 2010~ 4runner as their family car
The repairs and maintanence will set you back so far that it'll be better to just buy a more recent 5year car
idk your situation but planning to buy a 10+ year old german low-end porsche just seems like a terrible financial move. If you have the $30k in the bank to buy outright why not, put the $30k for downpayment for a newer car? that way you get the warranty and service with option to sell instead of buying a known money pit which is german low-end luxury-sport mix thats 10years old.
Because I don't want to lease or finance a vehicle. I'd rather own it out-right, and from a lot of the research I've done, the Cayman is quite reliable as a DD, and repairs/maintenance aren't even that bad.
