So me and some friends going to re live playing d2 like when we were 10 lol so whats the best 4 man party for a hc untwinked full play through?

PVM, Play what you want. Any combination of characters will be enough to clear hell

Bo Barb (will be boring)
Summon Necromancer
Blizzard Sorc
Hammerdin

Bo/leap barb or hammerdin - depending if you want the bo buff or not.
Summon nec with LR pumped
CS zon
blizz or fire sorc

Like mentioned above, any combination of four characters will be able to finish the game. It ultimately comes down to what build you find most interesting.

If you say untwinked I guess high lvl runewords are out of the equation. Most melee chars need high lvl runewords for weapons (grief, death) so they are a no bueno.
You need damage: Javazon and hdin
You need mobility: Sorc
You need source to remove immunities: 2nd din

So:
Javazon (only needs razortail and +skills gear)
Hdin with conc (only needs +skills gear and fcr)
Blizz Sorc (3rd damage type, only needs +skills gear and fcr)
Hdin with conv (easiest type of din to play, only needs +skills gear and fcr)

You don't need bo or fancy stuff like that. Everything dies one screen away anyways

Maybe easier/more safe to do but more boring:
3x Summoner + CE
1x Sorc

And of course:
4x hdin with shako

People are not being too specific here. Let me make it clear:

Paladin with Shako (hammer + conc)
Paladin with Shako (hammer + conv)
Paladin with Guliman (zeal + fana)
Paladin with Guliman (smite + bolt)
