Quote (Sixers @ Jan 15 2020 06:55am)
I was listening to 97.5 the other day and they were talking about the idea of moving Richardson in a trade if the Sixers look to get someone at the deadline, and they agreed with it acting like he was no big deal.

Like WUT....the man is locked up through next season at just $10M per year and he has been playing pretty damn good averaging 24/4/3 on 49% FG over his last 4 games (hence the Eastern Conference player of the week award).

Even on the season as a whole (16/3/3) he's legit, and when you factor in what he's being paid it's highway robbery and easily one of the best team friendly contracts in the league. The definition of a bargain, he's going to see a MASSIVE pay increase when he gets paid in free agency before the 2021-2022 season.

Richardson being on a team friendly deal is prolly the biggest movable piece Philly has.
You're not trading Embiid or Simmons.
Also at 5/180 and 4/109 you're not moving Harris/Horford regardless of the date fast approaching that allows you to.
I seriously doubt Philly making a move to trade for shooters if Richardson isn't involved.
Who knows maybe you'll trade Horford for Love.

Jesus is Harris really making 36mil per?
That's more than Lillard. Holy fuck.

Mattisse shitting on these scrubs tho

teams gonna ask for him tho^^

Zaire Smith nowhere to be found, basically no value. Do the Sixers have any picks left?

Trading Richardson for a shooter makes no sense either.

The Sixers don't need elite shooters, they need a good version of Trey Burke/Markelle Fultz, not sure who that player is.

They lack a good ball handler bad, but JRich looking better and better at that role now./

Maybe just somebody that knows how shoot behind a fucking screen, that'd be good.

I don't understand how it's so hard for the sixers to find a player that can make open shots but it's a thing.

Edit: Chris Paul would have been godsend for this team and we could've paid him instead of Horford and lost nothing.

Probably would have gained something for taking that albatross contract off the rockets

I love how Doris Burke says "somewhere Dr.J is watching this and smiling (at Allen's afro)"

does she actually think Dr.J is watching this pathetic game? lol

Oh look at that

One average shooting night from 3pt range as a team and we blow out the nets.

Kyrie Irving was straight ass cheeks vs Josh Richardson / Thybulle.

????
You guys shot 11-30 from three. That's 36ish %
Philly on the year from three shoots 35.5%
You guys shot 45-88 from the field 51ish%
Philly on the year from the field shoots 46.8%

You guys had an above average night from the field bruh.

Meanwhile the Nets shot the lights out from deep @ 12-25, 48%.
They normally shoot 32.9% from deep.

But it's the Nets? 11 point philly win. congrats?

League average is like 35-36%.

That's like double what we shot vs the Pacers and the mavs. All I'm saying is that if don't shoot like ass, most of the problems that people see with Ben Simmons aren't there.

When he's getting jobbed on 16potential assists and end up with 3 then we got people coming out of the woodwork to troll.

He literally said Sixers shot league average from 3, and as a result they won.

36ish% is league average
