I made to 100 with vaal righteous fire, ultra easy, 12k hp, does not die. Delve is ok-ish, can stand up to 500-550 no issues.. 600+ starts getting one shot randomly.
Also cleared all content with:
Ele hit dead eye (15mi aoe dps per arrow, ultra retarded, only level 97 though)
(vaal)EQ jugg - got to level 94 then got bored.
