If you are into it I would say crit divine ire totems with eternity shroud multi conversion.

They never nerfed divine ire but added the possibility to get +1 all phys / +1 all lightning spell gems on daggers / wands / sceptres...

Selfcast divine ire is also insanely strong, but not as comfortable for blight especially on big blighted maps or rippy t15+ encounters.

(tried some divine ire totems on sff hc blight recently but only in a shitty 5l and without shroud and gg gear obviously, but it evaporates blight mobs while you stay at a safe distance and also allows you to cover multiple lanes)
