You can read the entire manifesto in 30 minutes, 15 or so for me. Kapital is 500+ pages and an intense empirical study. Next to The Wealth of Nations it is the most important economic text written and Marx along with Weber and Durkheim are the fathers of social science.
It's clear you aren't familiar with it you don't have to be such a poseur lol.
