As in, what the suspect was doing at the time. However, they did recover a weapon from that room.
I'm not saying the police are in the right, but I'll do the intelligent thing and wait for more details to emerge on this before jumping to brash conclusions.
I'm so glad I don't post in here anymore with some people being incapable of critical thinking and all.
What details specifically do you think are unclear or forthcoming?
short summary:
Neighbours call police to investigate an open door at victims house , police respond by prowling around property without announcing their presence or attempting to enter residence, victim goes to window to investigate noises and police shoot without identifying themselves.
Do you believe police have the right to enter your property and without warning or you being aware of their presence shoot you for wondering who is trespassing?
