when it feels like it's over for you. when the isolation and loneliness start to be more than you can carry. you used to, but the burden becomes too much. like when your grip is slowly failing, the weight slipping out of your hands, the inexorable pull of depression and mental suffering. how can you keep holding on when all resources are exhausted and you have nowhere left in which to turn? when none of the doors you open have lit rooms, when you can't see any of your wished and dreams anymore

Another troll...?

Anyway, I used to turn to drugs and alcohol when feeling down. Probably the worst option you can choose.

Gym helps me feel better most of the time.
Laying on the beach is relaxing.

Go find a psychologist to speak to, sounds like you need some cognitive restructuring. Taking antidepressants under physician supervision wouldn't be such a bad idea either, especially if you feel as if you've exhausted all resources.
