The oldest Apple tree is over 200 years old they regularly survive past 100 years. My grandparents had one that was over 60 years before they passed.

the problem with apple trees is each one is unique, that is to say if you have an apple tree and it produces really sweet apples. you can plant the seeds from its fruit and get the same sweet apples, to create more of the sweet apples they take a young branch from the tree and plant it, so its basicly the same tree.
your 100 seeds could very likely all produce a bunch of shit fruit trees
