Cause that's when i travel a lot and gain 25+lbs from just eating in a month. Thanksgiving is just a few days. The entire month of traveling before and after thanksgiving will be eating eating eating. There is no fun in traveling and having fun if you can't just eat every good food you run into. I also gain 20+lbs easily when i travel. Lol. I basically go on slow cuts my entire life but then there are months in my life where i'm traveling or dealing with kids or whatever it is. So i can gain 20-40 lbs in 2-3 months with ease.
That's life for you. So if i do not lose this weight now. I'll just simply gain 25+lbs anyways. This is the time of the year where i'm not busy at all. No 2 hour traffic. Almost no work.
Why not lose weight right? Why just do nothing and force yourself to slowly cut weight and have more days where you can give up. I'll give the fuck up so fast if i had to lose weight over 3 months. Lol
Losing weight rapidly in a month is by far the best thing that i can do for myself and it's easy too. I just really hate losing too much muscle cause then when christmas is over. I get lazy again and get back into work mode and that's when i gain weight all the way until the end of summer. Which is when i need to start losing weight.
I'm like a fucked up bear dude. Instead of getting fat as fuck before winter I lean out before cause i know i'm going to just want to eat through the winter cause of life. I really like being in the snow too so it just gives me more energy to work out. Natural cut for me. I barely have to try
