Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: would like a better cooler for the cpu
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: If you can find really decent 144hz monitors matching this isn't apart of the budget. So the budget can be more but the 800-1000 budget is for the pc parts
