Glow skin is one of the phone skins right? I believe you actually have to play on the person's account who buys it.. like 3 games if I remember right from last galaxy skins

Yes from the phone,and unlike the galaxy skin you do not need to play 3 games. All I needed was the specific device and link to the samsung store or whatever. I had 2 of these skins and gives options to gift.
