i work on dodges everyday of the week Monday - Friday.
Police mech,
the dodge 3.6 isnt going to save you much in $$ in gas wise. the 3.6 is a good engine until you forget to do an oil change or beat on it at all. just changed a few cam followers on two dodge chargers. you will be doing followers in about 30k miles and then again at 60 and so on and so on. Now i do own a 5.9 v8 dodge ram 2002, and this is coming from my opinion. The get up and go 3.6 vs the 5.7 hemi is going to be great. the 5.7 that we have walk all over the 3.6 and the maintenance on the 5.7 is far less than the 3.6. the 5.7 can take abuse and keep going. if your going to be doing a lot of driving and stop and go i would still go with the hemi as they hold up better overall vs the 3.6. and the hemi's are easy to work on.
didnt quite get everything but i guess i'll go for the 5.7 then
