Its not really a potential base since you cannot add sockets via cube on Superior items

What a beauty. This was my first 'cruel' prefix and it rolled very well (200-300ed). 30ias opens up many gear options while maintaining 5fpa. The damage to undead is crazy high and could be useful for Mausoleum runs or something else in Hell
