Rules:Hardcore
Players 8 only, except boss re-runs which can be done on any setting (DClaw damage is bad)
Extended stash + ladder runewords
No use of re-stat except Akara or token
D2 music on at all times
Goals:Kill hell Baal
Gear from nightmare - Bartuc’s Cut-Throat, Raven Frost, String of Ears, Guillaume’s or Rockstopper, Goblin Toe or Gore Rider
Gear from Hell - Maybe 'Fortitude' or CotA?
Skills through late nightmare:Focused around boss farming for gear goals above
Dragon Claw - 20 points
Venom - 20 points
Death Sentry - 1+ points
Burst of Speed, Cloak of Shadows, Weapon Block, Shadow, and Mind Blast - 1 point each
Claw Mastery - Enough for ~6k attack rating
Skills for hell:Similar to above but all extra points will go to Death Sentry
Will save one extra re-stat in case I want to swap things around. Shadow Master tank may be needed. Claws of Thunder or Blades of Ice look like cool alternatives to Venom, but the “next delay” issue and freezing w/ death sentry sound bad.
This will be a challenge. I don't think anyone has completed Hell with this build on hardcore /p8.
Started off with wake of fire to quickly run through normal. I never take many screen shots until nightmare.
