Even 1 ml is enough for a chance at an overspawn, although your odds go up if you wear more ML. However, unspawns cannot spawn anymore, hence the term unspawn = unspawnable. The difference is that overspawned properties can go up to 1 tier over the max, whereas unspawn properties were able to more than 1 tier over the max.
