After realizing nobody has hosted this pool I figure I would give it a go.
It is late notice, but lets hope for 10+ entrants.
The rules are simple and as follows:
DO NOT POST YOUR SELECTIONS IN THE THREAD. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT BEING ABLE TO PARTICIPATE
- As I want to participate in this pool as well I need a volunteer to sumbit my selections to. This way there is a clear record of who my selections are. In the interest in fairness we can delay selections being sent to me until I send my selections to the volunteer if deemed necessary.
-100 forum gold entry fee sent to me labelled "all or nothing pool" or something of that sort. Following that send me a pm with your list of the 30 players you believe will accumulate the highest point total.
- Pick your top 30 players whom you believe will accumulate the most points by regular seasons end. This is straight up points with no bonuses for special teams points, hat tricks, game winning goals, shootouts etc.
- The individual with the highest combined point total will take home 100% of the prize and bragging rights. Hence the all or nothing nature of the pool.
-In the unlikely event of a tie the entrant who finished with more goals will be crowned the winner. If that somehow fails to settle things the victor will be the entrant who had the most games played.
Deadline for submission of forum gold and picks will be before puck drop on opening night, which is Wednesday October 2rd
