Might help you to get help, if you explain the problem a bit. Taht way you'll find someone that's up to date on the issue you're having.

Just a generic... "I need help with networks", is a pretty broad request.

Basically looking for help with a troubleshooting scenario involving an intermittent connection between two locations in different states.

Still need more info. Is this RDP we're talking about? Site-to-Site VPN? Backbone? Address issues vs host access?
