By "chef" I mean is there anyone else working in the industry?

If yes -

Where do you work and what's your "typical" day?

I'm Swedish so I work and live in northern Sweden, currently working in an italian/american restaurant,
plenty of pastas and risottos as well as steaks going. In the mid-range of pricing, not fine dining nor trash grub.

What cuisine do you work with?

Italian sausage with peppers and onions
bbq pulled pork usually with mashed potatoes and baked beans as a side
moraccan inspired flavors to a flatten chicken breast, marinate over night and grill

this one i created
bacon chicken ranch pasta
1lb of bacon, cooking this, i like to caramelize the bacon with maple syrup as it cooks, after cooking chop into inch sized pieces
1 lbs of chicken, dice/fry
pasta
ranch seasoning
slices potatoes
fire roasted corn
cheese
pretty much cook separatly and at the end mix it all together
