You can improve the micro, you specifically cannot improve the macro it's far too complicated and slow. Like living in a frigid ice land when you bitch all the time about the cold, just move. Also in this example "improving" from the eyes of a leftist means ruining. Same reason why no one who has ever lived through communist rule has ever wanted to propagate it, only soyboy larpers and gelatinous feminists.
