It's going alright. My strength is about 60-70% of what it used to be on most lifts.

I won't be pushing for more. With my knee/ankle injuries and nerve damage I can't really squat anymore but I can bike and deadlift.

I'm mostly training now just to feel limber/strong-ish.

Dude who used to live close to me came 9th in the 212 division. Australian by the name of Aaron Polites. He’s insanely big in person. I can’t even fathom seeing someone like Ramy or Roelly
