So I'm planning my frenzy build and got couple of questions That I cannot find answers.

1. Each succesfull attack with frenzy adds charges with attack speed and movespeed - thats quite clear. But how many hits you need to reach maximum charges with frenzy? Also what is IAS bonus per stack? I was googling around and found 3 possibilities so far:
  • https://diablo.fandom.com/wiki/Frenzy_(Diablo_II) - Bonus per stack is fixed and amount of stacks is based on frenzy lvl(theres no info whats exact ias bonus per stack tho)
  • https://www.theamazonbasin.com/wiki/index.php/Frenzy - Each subsequent successful attack applies attack speed and move speed for the 'next lvl' where first attack is first lvl. That means in order to reach max stacks with 24lvl frenzy you need to stack frenzy 24 times.
  • Idk where i read it but there was a post that attack speed and move speed bonuses per stack are randomized, thus no exact amount of hits to get max charges.


2. Is weapon calculator(https://diablo3.***/diablo-2/calculatoren/angriffsgeschwindigkeit/) still inaccurate when it comes to frenzy? I know it used to be in situations where you dual wield very different attack speed weapons.

3. Is this Matlab script for calculating frenzy attack speed accurate? https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=38476029&f=87&p=295852483#p295852483 If no.. is there any accurate script/calculator out there?

4. I know what is WSM bug and I know that you can create scenario where you can automatically equip 'boot slot' weapon as primary if that weapon is required to wear 'glove slot'(aka glove slot weapon is red without it). However i was testing stuff around and accidently I encountered weird stuff. Apparently if you can equip your 'glove slot' weapon through -%requirements located on weapon(from hel runes for example) then you also automatically can wsm bug it. I did it on modded version of the game but iirc there was no changes to attack speed there. Heres gif where switch does not break WSM bug https://i.imgur.com/NPBKNMY.gifv
Is it intended and does it work in vanilla? If so are there other ways to achieve automatic WSM bug?

With proper gear you dont need to worry about anything

1) Your 2 links tell the same story : 24 succesful hits are required to profit the full bonus on attack speed and move speed.

2) Yes, unfortunately it has not been fixed.

3) Yes, it should be accurate. On the same topic (post 58 & 60), Eywa confirmed Onderduiker's analysis. Majinkaisa coded it.

4) is new for me. Interesting...

I dont want to blindling follow what is "best in slot", especially since i frequently play modded version of a game and/or solo self found.

Im gonna test this script then although initial test looks wacky
