If you have 100% pre raid bis - you will have Edgemaster gloves + ironfoe + felstrike ( this is if you have insane amount of time / luck and gold )
but the budget version would be no Edgemaster for +wpn skill, and stick with devilsaur and axes

like i mentioned, u need a fast offhand. This even generates more Anger through extra hits. its an axe, which as well synergizes with the orc racials.
